ELIDA — A superb Centerburg baseball tournament run ended at the regional level on Wednesday in Elida.

Coldwater scored a run in the top of the sixth and six more in the top of the seventh to take a 7-0 victory in the Division V regional semifinal.

The Cavaliers will play Toledo Ottawa Hills in the regional championship game on Thursday. The Green Bears advanced by beating Worthington Christian 11-4 in the other regional semifinal.

The Trojans were limited to three hits and committed three errors.

Centerburg finished the season with a 17-9 record. Coldwater is now 27-2.
