Patricia L. Lockard, age 84, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 15, 2025, at her residence.
She was born on July 24, 1940, in Mount Vernon to the late George and Martha (Lybarger) Mapes.
Patricia loved her family and was loved by everyone that knew her. She loved music and loved to dance.
Patricia is survived by her three children, Donald Myers, Vicky (Alvin) Rittenhouse, and Dianna (Bryan) Madison; brother, Richard Mapes; sister, Carol Grogg; along with ten grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Willis Lockard; daughter, Shelly Hager; and a sister, Dorothy Williams.
Services will be at Overcomers Christian Church, 998 Newark Rd in Mount Vernon – Sunday, May 25, 2025, between the hours of 1:00 to 3:00 PM.
