Colleen Jo Milligan, 67, of Mount Vernon passed away on Sunday, April 20, 2025 at Knox Community Hospital under the care of Gentiva Hospice. She was born on August 10, 1957 in Mount Vernon to the late Kenneth and Virginia Lee (Beeman) Totman.
Colleen is survived by her son, Bob (Monique) Milligan of Cardington; grandchildren, Tyler Milligan and Matthew Milligan both of Cardington; a sister, Kim (Steve) Lynn Auker of Mount Vernon; nephew, Mike Bond; niece, Melissa (Tim) Smith; great nieces, Lyndsay and Maddy Bond; and a brother-in-law, Bill Davis.
In addition to her parents, Colleen was preceded in death by her husband, Robert D. Milligan in 2016; a sister, Renel Davis; and a brother, Doug Totman.
The family will receive friends from 4-7 p.m. on Thursday, April 24, 2025 at the Snyder Funeral Homes, Flowers Chapel, 619 East High St., Mount Vernon where a funeral service will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday with Pastor Robert Whightsel officiating. Inurnment will held at 11a.m. on Friday, April 25, 2025 in Mount Vernon Memorial Gardens.
