Knox Community Hospital will host National Healthcare Decision Day on April 18 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the KCH Private Dining Room/Cafeteria.
You are invited to talk with experts and learn more about the options available to you and your family when you are faced with decisions about Medicare Enrollment, Healthcare power of attorney, living wills, and DNR (Do Not Resuscitate) paperwork.
Additionally, you can discuss when and how to transition from that big family home to something more manageable and other areas that can be stressful for people and their caregivers.
