MOUNT VERNON — A Knox County grand jury returned nine indictments in its latest session.

Included among those cases was Patrick D. Yoder, 36, who was charged with aggravated murder, an unclassified felony; specification to count one, a felony; forfeiture specification, a felony. That shooting took place last weekend.

Ashley M. Counts, 36, of Marengo, aggravated trafficking in drugs, a second-degree felony.

Jessie M. Miller, 38, of Sparta, aggravated trafficking in drugs, a third-degree felony.

Corey A. Offineer, 40, of Gambier, disrupting public services, a fourth-degree felony; two counts of domestic violence, both first-degree misdemeanors; two counts of aggravated menacing, both first-degree misdemeanors.

Aaron K. Eldridge, 66, of Mount Vernon, having weapons while under disability, a third-degree felony; forfeiture specification as to count one, a felony; trafficking in cocaine, a first-degree felony; major drug offender specification as to count two; two forfeiture specifications to count two; 20 counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance, all second-degree felonies.

Shawn A. Caudill, 47, no address, burglary, a third-degree felony; assault, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Natalee K. Pilotti, 40, of Mount Vernon, aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

Chase A. Sherman, 40, of Mount Vernon, having weapons while under disability, a third-degree felony; forfeiture specification to count one; aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony.
