Norma Jean Horlacher, age 94, of Mount Vernon, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, February 15, 2025, at the Centerburg Pointe Nursing Home in Centerburg, Ohio. She was born on August 14, 1930, to the late Ernest and Fannie (Johnson) Starmer.
Norma graduated from Mount Vernon High School. Her and her husband Gail raised 4 children. Norma enjoyed playing cards and loved to get together with friends and family to play. Her greatest joy was her grandkids.
She is survived by her children, Kim (Sheila) Horlacher, Michael (Carol) Horlacher, Elaine Horlacher; 7 grandchildren; a sister, Sondra Barton; daughter-in-law, Pam Horlacher; several nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents, Norma is preceded in death by her husband, Gail Horlacher; a son, Jay Horlacher; brothers, Dick, Davis, Bob, and Junior.
A celebration of life service will take place at a later date.
