Join Eve Currens for an NEA Big Read dance workshop exploring “Where We Live” through Appalachian Square Dance! Open to movers of all ages and abilities, this program will provide some cultural and historical context to Appalachian Square Dance and give participants a chance to join in the fun!
About the Artist:
Eve Currens, from Asheville, NC, is a senior Dance and Physics double major at Kenyon College. She has been dancing since the age of 2 and teaches at Spotlight Dance Studio in Mount Vernon.
