Billy Justice, age 88, of Mount Vernon, passed away on Sunday, February 2, 2025, at home surrounded by his family.
He was born on April 4, 1936, in Mohawk, West Virginia and was the son of the late Herbert and Nettie (Roberts) Justice.
Billy was a U.S. Airforce Veteran and a longtime member of AMVETS Post 95.
He is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Janet (Miller) Justice; three sons, David (Vicki) Lively, Robert Lively, and Todd (Katie) Justice; two daughters, Charlene (Vincent) Ciolino and Carlena Pinson; along with numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Billy was preceded in death by six brothers, Hershel, Mack, Millard, Jerry, Robert and Earl; and one sister, Anna Mae Hips.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 7, 2025, from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM at Snyder Funeral Home – Lasater Chapel, 11337 Upper Gilchrist Rd. in Mount Vernon. Where funeral services will follow at 1:00 PM. Burial will be in Mount Vernon Memorial Gardens with military graveside honors conducted by the Knox County Joint Veterans Council.
