MOUNT VERNON — A Knox County grand jury handed 10 indictments on Monday, Jan. 27.
Each case is listed below:
Jeffrey L. Mills, 18, of Coshocton, menacing by stalking, a fourth-degree felony; violating a protection order, a first-degree misdemeanor.
Gregory D. Parker, 57, of Danville, operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a first-degree misdemeanor; assault on a peace officer, a fourth-degree felony; resisting arrest, a second-degree misdemeanor; speed limits, a minor misdemeanor.
Darren K. Moore, 55, of Mount Vernon, aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony; driving while intoxicated, a first-degree misdemeanor.
Isiah R. Miller, 24, of Mount Vernon, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, a fourth-degree felony.
Paul R. Blythe Jr., 58, of Mount Vernon, domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony.
L. Jonathan Hager, 48, of Mount Vernon, aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.
Wayne R. Weaver, 26, of Brinkhaven, cruelty to a companion animal, a fifth-degree felony.
Raymond Weaver, 27, of Danville, cruelty to a companion animal, a fifth-degree felony.
Constance M. Pikaart, 39, of Mount Vernon, operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a first-degree misdemeanor; possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony; tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony.
Joshua A. Fincher, 40, of Mansfield, operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a fourth-degree felony; driving under suspension, a fourth-degree misdemeanor; failure to stop after an accident, a first-degree misdemeanor; obstructing official business, a second-degree misdemeanor.
