Margaret Mae Jarvis-Kershner, 78, of Fredericktown, Ohio peacefully went home to the Lord on Friday, January 24, 2025 after fighting a long and courageous battle. Margaret was born to John J. Dimaline and Alberta Ruth Dimaline (Shupe) of Lakewood, Ohio on June 24, 1946.
She was proceeded in death by both her parents and a brother Leslie Scott Dimaline of Newton Falls, OH.
Margaret is survived by her love and partner of 38 years Robert E. Kershner, Sr. of Fredericktown, OH, a son, Mark A. Meloni (Dannah Edwards) of Longmont, CO, two daughters, Tammy L. Wajda, of Farmdale, OH and Angela L. Klingensmith (Wayne Klingensmith, Jr.) of Kinsman, OH. Also left to mourn her passing are many family members including four grandchildren: Patrick Meloni, Justin Wajda, Chelsea Buskirk and Victoria Meloni along with several great-grandchildren, three siblings Sandra K. Dillon of Williamsfield, OH, Delores Southwick of Cortland, OH and Jacqueline Walker of Sharpsville, PA and her beloved Husky, Billie.
In her spare time, Margaret enjoyed playing in her vegetable and flower gardens, reading books on history and Westerns, traveling across the US in her RV, and crafting. Camping and spending quality time with her family and friends every year in Northeast Ohio was very dear to her heart. Margaret also gave back to her community by volunteering for many years at Interchurch Social Services in Fredericktown.
A family graveside gathering will follow at a later date at Forest Cemetery in Fredericktown, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, please donate to a local animal charity or The American Cancer Society.
