Robert Neal Garrett, 60, of Fredericktown passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, December 3, 2024 at Knox Community Hospital in Mount Vernon. He was born on October 8, 1964 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Garold and Patricia (Neal) Garrett.
Bob retired with more than 30 years of service from the Franklin County Board of MRDD. His greatest joy was interacting with his clients. He organized and took them on outings around the State. One of their favorite activities was fishing. He was a proficient woodworker and enjoyed antique tractors, hit and miss engines, and his country home life with his wife, pets, and neighbors.
Bob is survived by his wife, Lynnette (Crick) Garrett whom he married on May 22, 2000; brothers, Michael and Gary; and Lynnette’s family in Texas and Wyoming.
The family will have a celebration of life at a later date.
