Lois Jean Schoenberger-Moreland of Centerburg, Ohio died on November 9,2024. She was 87 years old.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Ellen Olivia Brookover, father, Louis Russell Schoenberger, sister, Rose Marie Curtis, step-son, Tom Moreland.
Lois was born in Columbus,Ohio, and graduated from Central High School, and also attended Columbus State. She was a member of the Gay Streert First Presbyterian Church, in Mt.Vernon,Ohio.
Lois is survived by her husband, Gary L.Moreland; sister, Margery Love; daughter, Cynthia (Clint) Pearce; son, Carl (Laura) Sowers; daughter, Ellen (Wesley) Barnishan; step-son, Kyle (Mary) Moreland; step-daughter, Amie (Sam) Myers; 15 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild, special friend,Sharon Lattimer, as well as many family members, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Lois retired from General Electric Superabrasives in Worthington, Ohio. After her retirement, she and Gary enjoyed many years in Florida. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later time to remember her.
