Rebecca L. Collins, 66, of Mount Vernon passed away on Tuesday, October 15, 2024 in Mount Vernon. She was born on January 30, 1958 in Mansfield to the late William and Nancy (Stillwell) Oswalt.
Rebecca was a member of Christ the King Church near Fredericktown.
Rebecca is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Brinning; stepdaughters, Samantha Collins and Sabrina (Trent) Gullet; grandchildren, James and Miale; step grandchildren, Kodi, Dannika, Scarlett and Memphis; brothers, Mike and Ron Oswalt; a niece, Chyann (Oswalt) Popham; and sisters-in-law, Letha Cook, Twyla Collins and Kathy McKinley.
In addition to her parents, Rebecca was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Collins.
The family will receive friends from 1-3 p.m. on Sunday, November 3, 2024 at the Snyder Funeral Homes, Flowers Chapel 619 East High St., Mount Vernon. The family will observe a private burial in Mount Vernon Memorial Gardens.
