Jeffrey W. Woolard, age 76, of Centerburg, OH passed away October 6, 2024 at home. Retired owner of Woolard Builders. Veteran of Army National Guard. Survived by his son, Cody (Aurora Rios) Woolard; granddaughter, Riley Woolard. Family is planning a private celebration.
