- Floyd Ernseberger, of Mount Vernon, assault on a peace officer, fourth-degree felony; aggravated menacing, first-degree misdemeanor; resisting arrest, second-degree misdemeanor; criminal trespass, fourth-degree misdemeanor
- Amy Willey, of Howard, aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony
- Amanda Price, of Mount Vernon, aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony
- Terry Wilkinson, of Mount Vernon, aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony
- Josiah Thomas, of Mount Vernon, aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony
