  • Amy Willey, of Howard, aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony
  • Amanda Price, of Mount Vernon, aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony
  • Terry Wilkinson, of Mount Vernon, aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony
