MOUNT VERNON — The public is invited to the Glenn A. Gallagher Centre on Thursday, Sept. 19 at 2 p.m. for a Q&A event about Pine Hill Independent Living, hosted by the Ohio Eastern Star Home.
Pine Hill Independent Living is located at 1451 Gambier Road, Mount Vernon.
Those in attendance will enjoy coffee and a short presentation, followed by a Q&A session and a showcase of finishes and appliances.
The exterior of the apartment building is nearly complete, and work is progressing rapidly on the interior community spaces and apartment finishes.
The construction of the Apartment Homes is expected to be finished in November 2024, with residents moving in once all inspections are completed and permits obtained, starting from Jan. 2.
There are 56 Patio Homes to begin opening in Spring 2025 and further completed throughout the remainder of the year. All units will be available for rent.
