HOWARD — Connor McMichael ran for 108 yards and three touchdowns to lead Colonel Crawford to a 33-0 non-league win at East Knox on Friday night.
Eagles’ quarterback Peyton Baker fired an 87-yard touchdown pass to Lucas Foy to get the scoring underway. Dominic Dunn’s 16-yard TD run made it 14-0 at the end of the first quarter.
McMichael took over from there, scoring on runs of 47 and 7 yards for a 26-0 halftime spread.
McMichael tacked on a 10-yard run in the third period to trigger a running clock and complete the scoring.
Colonel Crawford dominated the game statistically, too. C.C. had more first downs (15-4), rushing yards (172-13), passing yards (196-98) and total yards (368-111).
Baker hit 5-of-7 passes for 128 yards and a TD to boost the Eagles. Six different receivers caught passes for C.C.
Colonel Crawford improves to 3-0 and hosts Mohawk next week.
The Bulldogs are 1-2. They travel to Loudonville on Friday night.
