Nancy L. Riffle, 87 of Mount Vernon passed away at Altercare in Canal Winchester on June 4, 2024 surrounded by her family. She was born on June 21, 1936 to Paul and Gertrude (Fitzpatrick) Musgrave in Columbus, OH.
Nancy attended Linden McKinley High School and graduated from Central High School in Columbus, OH. She was a former member of the Church on Chapel Hill. Nancy worked for the State of Ohio as a purchasing agent for the division of Safety and Hygiene until her retirement in 1983. Nancy enjoyed playing bingo and going to the theater. Her favorite thing was spending time with her family.
Nancy is survived by her children Jeff L. Myers of Milton, FL, Doug Myers of Warsaw, OH, Greg (Marina) Myers of Centerburg, OH, Tom (Anita) Myers of Columbus, OH, a step daughter Deanna (William) Milburn of Columbus, OH; a step son Merrill L. Riffle of Grove City, OH; a step daughter in law Mary Riffle of Columbus, OH; step son in law Rodney Barton of Columbus, OH; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great- grandchildren; siblings Daniel (Penny) Musgrave of Roswell, NM.
Nancy was preceded in death by her husband Merrill S. Riffle a sister Delores Gatto, step daughter Linda Barton and a step son Roger Riffle, step son in law William Milburn.
Calling hours will be at Flowers – Snyder Funeral Home 619 E. High Street, Mount Vernon, OH 43050, June 11, 2024 from 11:00am – 1:00pm, with a funeral service at 1:00pm. Graveside services will follow at Moundview Cemetery in Mount Vernon.
