MOUNT VERNON — A Knox County grand jury handed down eight indictments at its recent session on Monday, May 20, 2024.
- Ryan Dierks, of Howard, operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a first-degree misdemeanor; failure to comply with order or signal of a police offer, third-degree felony.
- Jason Purdy, of Danville, domestic violence, first-degree misdemeanor; strangulation, third-degree felony.
- Xavier Mason, of Danville, aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony.
- Harley Findlay, of Newark, unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, second-degree felony; disseminating matter harmful to juveniles, first-degree misdemeanor.
- Jacon Williams, of Mount Vernon, aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony.
- Travis Ratcliff, of Mount Vernon, two aggravated possession of drugs charges, both fifth-degree felonies; aggravated trafficking in drugs, fourth-degree felony.
- Breanna Davis, of Mount Vernon, aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony; possessing drug-abuse instruments, second-degree misdemeanor.
- Abdulghani Mirreh, of Columbus, operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, fourth-degree felony.
