MOUNT VERNON — Knox County residents still have time to reply to the 2024 Community Health Assessment (CHA). This survey is conducted every three (3) years to identify health needs and concerns in Knox County.
The Knox Health Planning Partnership (KHPP) will use the health survey data to create a community health improvement plan. Diverse perspectives are vital to the county’s success.
The following groups remain underrepresented in the survey:
- Spanish-speaking residents
- Residents outside of Mount Vernon
- Male residents
- Young adults ages 18-24 and 25-34
- Seniors ages 65+
- LGBTQIA+ population
- Residents of color, including Black and Hispanic residents
- Unemployed residents
