DANVILLE: Ronald Dean Kauffman passed away peacefully on Saturday morning, April 27, 2024, in his home surrounded by his family at the age of 63.

He was born July 24, 1960, in Mt. Vernon, Ohio to parents Robert & Gertrude (Finch) Kauffman. Ronnie graduated from Danville High School with the class of 1978 and married Noel Graves on July 23, 1982. The couple have been married for 41 years.

Ronnie was born to be a farmer, working on the family farm (Kauffman Farms, LLC) from a young age. He would later take over from his father and had still been currently farming with his sons.

Always the comedian, Ronnie had a great sense of humor and could make anyone laugh. He also enjoyed hunting all different kinds of game when he had free time.

He is survived by his wife Noel Kauffman; his sons Nick (Jessica) Kauffman and Matt (Kara) Kauffman; his grandchildren Regan, Ronnie, Ward, Anna, Torvi, and Jake; his siblings Tom (Ruth) Kauffman, Bobby Kauffman, and Tammy (Tony) Berrall; his niece Keitha (Mike) Wells; his nephew Todd (Tracey) Kauffman; and other beloved nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Ronnie was preceded in death by his brother Fred Kauffman and his nephew Adam Kauffman.

The Kauffman family will receive friends on Thursday, May 2, 2024, from 4 to 7 p.m. in the Snyder Funeral Home- Lindsey Chapel, Loudonville. A memorial service honoring Ronnie’s life will be held Friday, May 3, 2024, at 1 p.m. in Zion Lutheran Church, 222 E. Main Street, Loudonville, Ohio. Pastor Debbie Pinnegar will officiate and burial will follow in Wesley Chapel Cemetery.
