Ricky L. Wolford, age 58, of Cardington, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Friday, April 5, 2024, at Knox Community Hospital.
He was born on March 12, 1966, in Columbus, Ohio to Terry and Cleo (Dheel) Wolford. He lived most of his adult life residing in Morrow County.
Rick was a great man of God, a loving and devoted husband, father, and son. His unfailing love for his family and friends was felt by everyone who met him. Rickβs mission was to serve others. This was demonstrated through his work as a faithful Christian, owner of his own business and willingness to bring a smile with his wit and humor.
Rick is survived by his wife of 35 years, Michele (Dewey) Wolford, a daughter, Amberly (Charlie) Fogle, his parents, Terry, and Cleo Wolford, three sisters, Chris (Glenn Vipperman) Wolford, Shelly (Larry) Jones, Penny (John) Jones, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 13, 2024, from 1:00 β 4:00 PM at Covenant Church, 13360 New Delaware Road, Mount Vernon, Ohio. Where a celebration of life service will follow at 4:00 PM.
