Judy Ann DeIuliis, 76, of Mount Vernon passed away on Saturday, December 23, 2023 at Mount Vernon Health and Rehabilitation Center surrounded by her loving family. She was born on January 14, 1947 in Grimsleyville, VA to the late Grover and Gladys (Compton) Bolding.

Judy loved God first, then her family and then work. She worked for over 37 years for Highland Local Schools where she worked as the high school secretary and most recently the secretary for Superintendent. Work was Judy’s main hobby and she enjoyed mowing and sewing. At one point she ran and her own sewing shop and continued to alterations for her students at Highland. Judy was a lady of strong convictions. If Judy met you once, she would remember your name, even if she did not see you again for many years.

Judy is survived by her husband, Anthony “Tony” DeIuliis; sons, Robert P. Roger Jr. of Mount Gilead and Tony Rogers of Sunbury; and a daughter, Jeaneen (Paul) Cole of Mount Gilead; grandchildren, Cassie Ebert, Levi Brown, Jenna Rogers and Brock Rogers; great grandchildren, Jaeden and Bryant Ebert; sisters, Betty (Tom) Wolford, Mary (John) St. Clair, and Sharon Darby; brothers, Donald (Eve) Bolding, Jack (Phyllis) Bolding and Jim (JoAnn) Bolding; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by a sister, Ruth Ward.

The family will receive friends from 1-3 p.m. and 5-7 p.m. on Thursday, December 28, 2023 at the Snyder Funeral Homes, Flowers Chapel, 619 East High St., Mount Vernon where a funeral service will be held at 11a.m. on Friday, December 29, 2023. Burial will follow in Mound View Cemetery.
