MOUNT VERNON — A Knox County grand jury handed down eight indictments in its Monday, Dec. 18 session.
Those defendants included:
Daniel Neace, Cleveland, menacing by stalking, fourth-degree felony
Tyler Smith, trespass in a habitation when a person is present, fourth-degree felony
Andrew Ellis, Mount Vernon, burglary, second-degree felony; violating a protecting order, third-degree felony
Charles Shannon, Columbus, two counts of having weapons while under disability, both third-degree felonies; forfeiture specification as to count one and two, a felony; aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony; possessing criminal tools, fifth-degree felony
Seanace Jarvis, two counts of assault on a peace officer, both fourth-degree felonies; criminal damaging, second-degree misdemeanor
Mark Hauger, Fredericktown, two counts of forgery, both fifth-degree felonies; two counts of receiving stolen property, both fifth-degree felonies; theft, fifth-degree felony
Brandon King, Howard, two counts of improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, both fifth-degree felonies and forfeiture specifications; operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, first-degree misdemeanor; aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony, forfeiture specification
Tyler Krumlauf, Ashley, aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony
