MOUNT VERNON — Knox County residents interested in changing their eating habits now have a convenient way to get started.

Ohio SNAP-Ed is offering a free online opportunity to learn how you — and your clients, friends, and neighbors — can make small shifts to healthy eating for less.

Those interested can join Ohio SNAP-Ed every Tuesday beginning Dec. 5 from 1:30-2:30 p.m. for information on topics such as:

•My Plate (healthy food choices)

•Portion size

•Stretching food dollars

•Food shopping

•Food safety

•Physical activity

These free Zoom classes are open to anyone in the State of Ohio, so feel free to share with others!
