MOUNT VERNON — It’s time for the bells to start ringing!

Join The Salvation Army in Mount Vernon for its annual Red Kettle Kick-Off Luncheon.

This annual event will be Friday, Nov. 17, at noon at The Salvation Army building, 206 E. Ohio Ave. in Mount Vernon.
