MOUNT VERNON – Mount Vernon Municipal Court Judge John Thatcher found 22 people guilty after hearings and court trials were conducted this week at the Mount Vernon Municipal Court.
These were the cases brought forward by Mount Vernon Law Director P. Robert Broeren Jr.’s Office.
Oct. 30
Gregory Parker, 20, of Danville, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while
under the influence of alcohol and/or a drug of abuse and consuming alcohol under age.
Assistant Law Director Steve Potts prosecuted the case on behalf of the State of Ohio.
Oct. 31
Kelly Cooper, 34, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of assault and obstructing official business.
Tina Grohe, 46, of Howard, was found guilty of domestic violence.
Korbin Stachler, 19, of Danville, was found guilty of criminal mischief.
Douglas Morris, 62, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of violation of a protection order.
Lori Draper, 55, of Mount Liberty, was found guilty of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jaire Lloyd, 21, of Loudonville, was found guilty of driving under OVI suspension.
Jeffery Adkins, 31, of Newark, was found guilty of no seatbelt.
Evan Dilger, 23, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of driving under FRA suspension.
Donald Jeffrey, 62, of Centerburg, was found guilty of speeding.
John Fields, 18, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of failure to use reasonable control.
Cody Beacom, 36, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of speeding.
William Hulsey, 20, of Deerfield, IN, was found guilty of speed.
Andrew Abbott, 39, of Howard, was found guilty of expired tags.

Noah Gebremariam, 23, of Blacklick, was found guilty of speeding.

Scott Krohmer, 39, of Marion, was found guilty of driving under an ALS/OVI suspension.
Jessica Cunningham, 35, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of 2 counts of failure to confine dog.
Mason Lanthorn, 19, of Centerburg, was found guilty of speeding.
Deven Wrighsel, 41, of Mount Venon, was found guilty of speeding.
Richard Fields, 56, of Butler, was found guilty of driving under suspension and failure to reinstate.
Sarah Huffman, 29, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of driving under FRA suspension.
Daniel Selby, 20, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of fictitious registration.
