MOUNT VERNON – Mount Vernon Municipal Court Judge John Thatcher found 34 people guilty after hearings and court trials were conducted this week at the Mount Vernon Municipal Court.
These were the cases brought forward by Mount Vernon Law Director P. Robert Broeren, Jr.’s Office.
Oct. 23
Larry Wolford, 41, of Howard, was found guilty of telecommunications harassment.
Kaitlin Lyon, 28, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of disorderly conduct.
Sebastian Boyd, 30, of Dayton, was found guilty of physical control of motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or a drug of abuse.
Brody McMahon, 22, of Fredericktown, was found guilty of speeding.
Chad Morris, 54, of Howard, was found guilty of failure to use reasonable control and no seatbelt.
First Assistant Law Director Brittany Whitney prosecuted all the cases on behalf of the
City of Mount Vernon, the State of Ohio, and the Villages of Centerburg, Danville,
Fredericktown and Gambier.
Oct. 24
Dustin Shook, 36, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of domestic violence and aggravated menacing.
Crystal Brown, 42, of Howard, was found guilty of failing to confine dog.
Joshua Shock, 42, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of disorderly conduct while intoxicated.
Raymond Beaver, 31, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of drug abuse instruments.
Nicholas Montgomery, 38, of Fredericktown, was found guilty of persisting disorderly conduct.
Jessica Wardrop, 45, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of 2 counts of resisting arrest.
Logan Hart, 21, of Howard, was found guilty of misdemeanor theft by deception.
Dominic McDonald, 28, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of disorderly conduct while intoxicated.
John Lowe, 43, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of persisting disorderly conduct.
Jared Speck, 37, of Centerburg, was found guilty of domestic violence and assault.
Devin Weber, 23, of Howard, was found guilty of possession of marihuana and driving under a FRA suspension.
Kalob Hines, 26, of Warsaw, was found guilty of obstructing official business and 2 counts of driving under license forfeiture suspension.
Daniel Potes, 53, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of physical control of motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or a drug of abuse.
Ryan Cooper, 45, of Newark, was found guilty of driving under 12-point suspension.
Logan Collins, 48, of Fairview Park, was found guilty of speeding.
Kenneth Richardson, 53, of Howard, was found guilty of speeding.
Paul Green, 47, of Groveport, was found guilty of speeding.
Maria Walter, 80, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of speeding.
Benjamin Shroyer, 34, of Galion, was found guilty of speeding.
Zynnia Peterson, 21, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of speeding.
Ramanadharad Pamulapati, 82, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of stop sign violation and failure to stop after an accident.

Speck cases and Assistant Law Director Steve Potts prosecuted all other cases on behalf of the City of Mount Vernon, the State of Ohio, and the Villages of Centerburg, Danville,
Fredericktown and Gambier.
Oct. 25
Miranda Weller, 36, of Fredericktown, was found guilty of failure to use reasonable control of a motor vehicle.
Assistant Law Director Steve Potts prosecuted this case on behalf of the State of Ohio.
Oct. 27
Gary Jackson, 34, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of disorderly conduct in the presence of EMS personnel.
Jacklyn Wallace, 29, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of fictitious plates and expired plates.
Michael Settineri, 56, of New Albany, was found guilty of speeding.
Susan Watkins, 36, of Howard, was found guilty of speeding.
Harrison Gibson, 21, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of not having an operator’s license.
Lewis Hoar, 68, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of failing to yield for safety vehicle.
Hunter Strong, 25, of Bellville, was found guilty of driving under suspension and failure to use reasonable control of motor vehicle.
Law Director Rob Broeren prosecuted the Jackson case and Assistant Law Director Steve Potts prosecuted these cases on behalf of the City of Mount Vernon, the State of Ohio, and the Villages of Centerburg, Danville, Fredericktown and Gambier.
