William A. Mustaine, age 84, of Mount Vernon, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, October 22, 2023, at The Laurels of Mount Vernon. He was born on October 29, 1938, in Guernsey, County, Ohio, to the late William and Helen (Buller) Mustaine.
Bill graduated from Ohio University with a degree in education and was a teacher and guidance counselor for over 39 years mostly in the Columbus City School system. He was a member of the Faith Lutheran Church and Mount Vernon Lions Club, both in Mount Vernon. In his spare time, Bill loved to fish, golf, and watch old westerns.
