MOUNT VERNON — A Knox County grand jury handed down eight indictments during its latest session on Tuesday, Oct. 10, 2023.
The cases include:
Michael Glen Leeland Roy Ball, Brinkhaven, felonious assault, second-degree felony
Joseph Hansen, Mount Vernon, tampering with evidence, third-degree felony
Jonathon Fraker, Centerburg, strangulation, third-degree felony
Jeffrey Lawrence, Mount Vernon, aggravated possession of drugs, third-degree felony
Douglas Milhoan, Mount Gilead, aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony; two firearm specifications to count one, both felonies; three forfeiture specifications as to count one, all felonies; aggravated trafficking in drugs, third-degree felony; two firearm specifications to count two, both felonies; three forfeiture specifications as to count two, all felonies
Ryan Smith, Mount Vernon, grand theft of a motor vehicle, fourth-degree felony
Martha Frazee, Howard, aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony
Laurie Drake, Mount Gilead, operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, first-degree misdemeanor; aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony
