Thomas E. (Tom) Fowler, age 70, passed away at home on Sunday, October 8, 2023, surrounded by his family after a three-and-a-half-year battle with prostate and bone cancer. He was born on October 13, 1952, in Mount Vernon, Ohio, to the late Kenneth and Lucy (Dickenson) Fowler.
Tom will be lovingly missed by his wife of 50 years, Karen Jan (Sweet), his children, Carrie (Paul) Green, Eric (Cassandra) Fowler; extra daughter Misty Langfitt; grandchildren, K’cee and Kevin Queen, Thomas, Joshua and Wyatt Fowler; mother-in-law, Evelyn Boubary; sisters-in-law, Kandy Golden, Tyranna Fergerson; brothers-in-law, Jeff (Sandy) Sweet, Russell Day; numerous nieces, nephews and His retired race horse Jesse Sly Fox who will live out his life at Fowler Homestead.
