MOUNT VERNON — A Knox County grand jury handed down 14 indictments during its latest session on Monday, Sept. 11.

The cases included: 

Joshua Shannon, Mount Vernon, aggravated possession of drugs, second-degree felony; firearm specification as to count one, a felony; forfeiture specification as to count one, a felony; aggravated trafficking in drugs, firearm specification as to count two, a felony; forfeiture specification as to count two, a felony; having weapons under disability, third-degree felony; forfeiture specification as to count three, a felony.

Raymond Williams, Mount Vernon, domestic violence, fourth-degree felony; strangulation, third-degree felony; aggravated menacing, first-degree misdemeanor.

Shawn Caudill, Mount Vernon, burglary, second-degree felony; criminal damaging, second-degree misdemeanor; domestic violence, fourth-degree misdemeanor.

Michael Moore, Fredericktown, domestic violence, first-degree misdemeanor.

Jeffrey Mabbitt, Centerburg, trespass in a habitation when a person is present, fourth-degree felony; receiving stolen property, first-degree misdemeanor.

Melvin R Yeatman III, failure to provide change in vehicle information, third-degree felony.

Kenneth Sweet, Mount Vernon, two aggravated trafficking in drugs charges, both fourth-degree felonies.

Stanley Helms, Danville, felonious assault, second-degree felony.

Carter Gallagher, Fredericktown, aggravated possession of drugs, third-degree felony; illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, fourth-degree misdemeanor.

Jamie Losh, Mount Vernon, two aggravated trafficking in drugs charges, both third-degree felonies.

Derek Bennett, Mount Vernon, gross sexual imposition, fourth-degree felony.

Scott Glancy Jr., Mount Vernon, aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony.

Cody Lewis, Howard, aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony

Wesley Arthur, Delaware, possession of a fentanyl-related compound, fourth-degree felony
