Desirae Eckert, Hopewell, theft from a person in a protected class, fifth-degree felony.
Kenneth Hodge, Mount Vernon, aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony; possession of a fentanyl-related compound, fifth-degree felony.
Scott Owens, Mount Vernon, failure to obey traffic control devices, minor misdemeanor; failure to comply with order or signal of a police, third-degree felony; driving under suspension, first-degree misdemeanor.
Jacob McQueen, Mount Vernon, resisting arrest, second-degree misdemeanor; felonious assault, first-degree felony; possessing drug-abuse instruments, second-degree misdemeanor.
