MOUNT VERNON — Knox County Sheriff’s deputies filed these reports after their respective shifts.

Aug. 25

— Deputies were dispatched to the Howard baseball fields parking lot on Pipesville Road in reference to a person that was slumped over behind the steering wheel of a vehicle. The person was transported to Knox Community Hospital for evaluation.

— The complainant came to the Sheriff’s Office to report identity fraud.

— Deputies were dispatched to the 500 block of Wooster Road in reference to a civil issue. Upon arrival, Deputies conducted an investigation and discovered an individual in the residence had an outstanding warrant for their arrest. The individual was arrested and transported to the Sheriff’s Office. A report was taken for documentation purposes.

— Deputies were dispatched to the 800 block of Valleywood Dr in reference to a domestic incident. Upon arrival Deputies conducted an investigation on the incident and identified a female victim and male suspect. Deputies arrested the male subject without incident and transported him to the Sheriff’s Office. A report was taken for documentation purposes and charges are pending on the incident.

Aug. 26

— A deputy responded to a business on Columbus Rd. in Centerburg Ohio. The deputy collected a counterfeit U.S. Currency $100 bill, along with the receipt and flash drive with CCTV footage on it. A report was generated and follow up investigation will be completed.

— Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Coglin Rd for a disturbance. Deputies were advised of an intoxicated female acting crazy and attempting to leave the residence. According to the female, the male was not allowing her to leave and being violent. Deputies arrived and spoke with both parties. Evidence was observed of a domestic incident involving threats and assault. The male half was arrested and transported to the Knox County Jail. A report was completed.

Aug. 27

— A complainant called into The Knox County Sheriffs Office to report a protection order violation. A report was taken for documentation.
