MOUNT VERNON — Knox County Sheriff’s deputies filed these reports after their respective shifts.
Aug. 18
— Deputies were dispatched to the 18000 block of Love Road in reference to a missing juvenile. Upon arrival, Deputies conducted an investigation and located said juvenile. It was determined by Deputies that the juvenile’s behavior during the incident was both unruly and disorderly. Deputies transported the juvenile to Muskingum County Juvenile Detention Center. A report was taken for documentation purposes and charges are pending on the incident.
— A complainant called to report a deer that was struck in front of their residence. A deputy responded and the deer was already deceased. The deputy had dispatch contact a citizen on the deer list and the deer and a deer slip were issued to the responding individual. A report was completed for documentation.
— Deputies were dispatched to the 6000 block of Graham Road in reference to a missing juvenile. Upon arrival, Deputies conducted an investigation and located said juvenile. A report was taken for documentation purposes.
— A complainant called the Sheriff’s Office to report that sometime overnight person(s) unknown removed items.
— Deputies were dispatched to a residence on New Guilford Rd in reference to a disturbance. A report was taken for documentation.
