Todd Richard Rine, age 50, of Mt. Vernon, passed away on July 11, 2023 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Todd was born on January 23, 1973, to Richard and Patricia (Heffelfinger) Rine, in Mt. Vernon, Ohio.
Todd was a graduate of East Knox High School and enjoyed watching Bulldog football games with his classmates and friends. Todd was also a big fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes, Cincinnati Bengals, Cincinnati Reds, Boston Celtics, and Boston Bruins. Todd spent many years training standardbred race horses, golfing with his buddies, and loved going to Las Vegas with several of his good friends.
He is survived by his parents, sisters, Debbie (Dave Thomson) Rine and Jennifer (Jason) Siler both from Howard, Ohio, and brothers Doug (Claudia) Rine of Mt. Vernon, Ohio and Tom Rine of Howard, Ohio. Uncles, Richard (Francis) Heffelfinger, Stanley Rine, Dennis (Bryn) Rine; Aunts, Carol Rine and Linda Heffelfinger. He also has many nieces and nephews and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Fred and Grace Heffelfinger, and Edgar and Helen Rine, and several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
No funeral services will take place at Todd’s wishes, but family considering to have a life celebration in Todd’s memory in the future.
