MOUNT VERNON — Knox County Sheriff’s deputies filed these reports after their respective shifts.
Aug. 10
— Deputies were dispatched to the 600 block of Millstone Lane in reference to a property dispute. Deputies conducted an investigation on the incident and a report was taken for documentation purposes.
— A deputy was dispatched to the intersection of Gregg Rd. and Lexington Rd. on a vandalism. The deputy arrived on scene and spoke with the complainant and collected photographs. The Deputy then went and spoke with the suspect. At this time both parties wish to handle the situation civilly. A report was generated for documentation.
— Deputies discovered lost and found property at the Sheriff’s Office. A report was taken for documentation and the property owner was contacted and made aware of the incident to come and retrieve their property.
Aug. 11
— Deputies responded to a suspicious bicycle on their property. The residence was cleared and the bicycle was seized by the Sheriff’s Office for safekeeping.
