Dorothy “Dot” J. (Boeshart) Waters, 73, of Zanesville died at 9:27 P.M., Friday, May 5, 2023 at Genesis Hospice-Morrison House, Zanesville. She was born June 11, 1949, a daughter of the late Raymond and Mary F. (Blanchard) Boeshart and Fern (Daubenmier) Boeshart. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Concordia University in Chicago. Dot was payroll Supervisor for Cherry Electric in Kenosha, Wisconsin; became an IT Payroll Specialist at WellPoint Insurance Corp in Waukegan, WI, then was IT Consultant for Brunswick Corporation until her retirement. Dot loved nature, photography and enjoyed playing softball and cards.
She is survived by three sisters, Beverly (John) Kornack, Janet Boeshart and Jeanie (Virgil) Dudgon; six brothers, Clarence (Lore) Boeshart, Mike Boeshart, Tom (Carmen) Boeshart, Floyd (Paula) Daubenmier, Bill Daubenmier and Joseph (Becky) Daubenmier; God Children, Jordyn Erdmann and Alexis Erdmann; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Charles Boeshart and Joseph Boeshart; and a sister, Judy Boeshart Haldeman.
Friends and family may call Friday, Aug 25, 2023, from 10:00 A.M. until Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 A.M. with Father Homer Blubaugh as celebrant, at St. Luke Church, 307 S. Market Street, Danville, Ohio 43014. Dot will be laid to rest at St. Luke Cemetery, Danville
