MOUNT VERNON — Knox County Sheriff’s deputies filed these reports after their respective shifts.
JULY 28
— The Knox County Sheriff’s Office was contacted by the Knox County Fair Board in reference to a fake identification card being used to purchase alcohol. Deputies made contact with the individual in question, verified the subjects age, and issued a summons.
— A deputy was called to East Gambier Street in Mt. Vernon to take a report of a deer crash. Complainant stated that he hit a deer at Thayer Road and Columbus Road in his work van and needed a report for insurance purposes. Nothing further at this time.
— Knox County Deputies responded to a residence in reference to a disturbance. Deputies determined it was a verbal argument. One party involved agreed to leave for the night to help keep peace. An incident report was filed.
JULY 29
— The Knox County Sheriff’s Office responded to a residence in Millwood to attempt to serve a warrant issued out of the Mount Vernon Municipal Court. Deputies located the subject, arrested him, and transported him to the Knox County Jail.
