MOUNT VERNON — Knox County Sheriff’s deputies filed these reports after their respective shifts.
JULY 10
— Deputies were dispatched to a domestic violence incident at a residence on Old Mansfield Road. The deputies arrived on scene, separated the two involved parties and conducted an investigation. The male said he would leave for the evening and the female stayed at the residence. The report will be forwarded to the city law director’s office for review.
— Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Heart Court in Centerburg on a threats incident. A deputy spoke with the complainant by phone. The complainant advised the suspect made threats to her on July 9, 2023. A report was generated for documentation by request of the complainant.
— A deputy was dispatched to investigate a complaint on Lucerne Road. Dispatch advised that the homeowner discovered that a bullet had struck his house. A deputy responded and made contact with the complainant.
— Deputies were dispatched to the location on Pipesville Road on the report of individuals arguing and possibly exchanging gunfire. Four deputies responded and made contact with two individual males at the residence.
— Caller reported her credit card had been compromised. A report is being done for documentation.
