MOUNT VERNON — Knox County Sheriff’s deputies filed these reports after their respective shifts.
JUNE 30
— Deputies were dispatched to Pealer Mill Road on a disturbance. Complainant stated that there was an individual trying to fight other individuals. Deputies arrived on scene and collected statements. Deputies made contact with the male in question and got his side of the story. Report was made and will be sent down for prosecution review. Nothing further at this time.
— Deputies were dispatched to a bank in reference to a fraudulent check that was attempted to be cashed. A report was taken for documentation.
— A complainant reported a suspicious male loitering out in front of her store. The male was removed from the property.
JULY 1
— Knox County Deputies responded to a residence in Centerburg in reference to a verbal disturbance. The parties involved were warned about their conduct and were given advice over a civil matter. An incident report was filed.
— I was dispatched to Lonzo Lane for a juvenile complaint. Dispatch advised that two juveniles left the house during the night and are now missing. I responded and made contact with the complainant.
JULY 2
— A complainant called The Knox County Sheriffs Office to report a theft from their bank account. The bank told them to file a police report. A report was taken for documentation.
