MOUNT VERNON — Habitat for Humanity of Knox County has announced the appointment of Matt Gutridge as the organization’s new Construction Manager.
With his extensive background in construction management, Gutridge brings a wealth of experience and a passion for community development to further Habitat for Humanity’s mission of providing affordable housing solutions to families in need.
Gutridge joins Habitat for Humanity of Knox County with a strong track record in the construction industry, having successfully led numerous projects throughout his career. His expertise in building codes, project management, and sustainable construction practices make him a great fit for Habitat for Humanity’s initiatives.
Gutridge’s commitment to making a positive impact and his dedication to improving the lives of others align perfectly with the organization’s values.
In his role as Construction Manager, Gutridge will oversee all construction projects undertaken by Habitat for Humanity of Knox County, Ohio. This includes coordinating volunteer teams, managing subcontractors, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining quality and safety on build sites.
With Gutridge’s leadership, the organization aims to continue its efforts in providing safe and affordable homes to families in Knox County.
