— Samantha Cunningham, Mount Vernon, aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony 

— Nicole Wheeler, Mount Vernon, two counts of receiving stolen property, both fifth-degree felonies

— Paige Canter, Mount Vernon, aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony; theft, first-degree misdemeanor 

— Luke Wilson, Mount Vernon, attempted burglary, third-degree felony; criminal damaging, second-degree misdemeanor; aggravated menacing, first-degree misdemeanor; attempted assault, second-degree misdemeanor

— Ricky Matthews Jr., Mount Vernon, having weapons while under disability, third-degree felony; forfeiture specification as to count one, a felony 

— Jazzmika Lynch, Mount Vernon, aggravated possession of drugs, third-degree felony 

— Joshua Devore, aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony 

— Raymond Garrison Jr., Mount Vernon, aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony 

— Royce Raines, Mount Vernon, aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony; illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, fourth-degree misdemeanor 

— Cyle Cunningham, Wooster, possession of a fentanyl-related compound, fifth-degree felony
