MOUNT VERNON — Knox County Sheriff’s deputies filed these reports after their respective shifts.

APRIL 12

— Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Wooster Rd in reference to a verbal disturbance between and male and a female. A report was taken for documentation.

— A complainant called to report that a juvenile household member struck another juvenile household member in the head. A deputy responded and made contact with all parties involved. The deputy spoke with juvenile probation and the juvenile offender was transported to Juvenile Detention.

APRIL 13

—  On the above date a deputy was dispatched to an injured deer on Upper Fredericktown Road in the area of Beckley Road. The deer was dispatched using two rounds from the office issued sidearm. A report was made for documentation.

— Deputies were dispatched to the 600 block of Millstone Lane, in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival, Deputies conducted an investigation on the incident and determined the initial caller was suffering from a mental health incident. Behavior Health Partners was informed of the incident, and the individual was emergency hospitalized at Knox Community Hospital per Behavior Health Partners. A report was taken for documentation purposes.

— Deputies were dispatched to locate a juvenile who had left the residence after being in an argument with the complainant.
