MOUNT VERNON — Knox County Sheriff’s deputies filed these reports after their respective shifts.
APRIL 7
— Deputies were dispatched to the 300 block of E Brooklyn St in Gambier, in reference to a fraud incident. A report was taken for documentation, as well as advice and information were given to the complainant.
APRIL 8
— Deputies were dispatched to a male wanting to harm himself. Deputies spoke with the individual and the male agreed to go to Knox Community Hospital for a mental health evaluation. Nothing Further at this time.
— The complainant came to the Sheriff’s Office to report threats he had received.
APRIL 9
— On the above date, Domino’s pizza of Howard contacted the Sheriffs Office and advised that a customer had located a $100 bill in the parking lot and turned it in. The $100 bill was determined to be fake and was entered into evidence for destruction. A report was made to document the incident.
— A deputy was notified of a lost and found item that was brought into the sheriffs office. Deputy made contact with the individual who found the item laying in the road way. The item was taken for safe keeping. Nothing further at this time.
APRIL 10
— The complainant contacted the Sheriffs Office in reference to a violation of a protection order. A report was made and forwarded to the City Law Director for review.
