MOUNT VERNON — Knox County Sheriff’s deputies filed these reports after their respective shifts.
MARCH 27
— A deputy was dispatched to investigate a disturbance in Centerburg. Complainant stated he was pushed and wanted to file a report. A report was taken to document the incident. Nothing further at this time.
— Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Simmons Church Rd in reference to a missing juvenile. The Juvenile was located. A report was taken for documentation.
— The Complainant advised she was scammed out of money attempting to purchase concert tickets.
— On the above date, I made contact with the complainant at the Knox County Sheriff’s Office. The complainant wanted to report that she had been a victim of a theft of reward travel points.
— The complainant came to the Knox County Sheriff’s Office to file a report in reference to a Temporary Protection Order violation. A report was filed and sent to the Mount Vernon City Law Director’s Office for review.
— The Complainant called into dispatch to advise she took two bottles of pills. The Eastern Knox County Fire Department transported her to Knox Community Hospital.
— Deputies responded to a call of a juvenile being unruly. The situation was resolved with resources and support services being provided. A report to document the incident was taken.
— On the above date, I spoke to the complainant by telephone. The complainant advised that her unoccupied trailer was entered into on the evening of March 26.
— Deputies responded to a report of a person walking on Apple Valley Drive and requesting assistance from passing motorists. The individual was located and assistance provided by deputies, along with family members and additional outside agencies.
— Deputies responded to an injured deer along Jefferson Road in Brown Township. A single round was fired from an office issued 9mm handgun to euthanize the deer and a report of the incident taken.
