MOUNT VERNON — Knox County Sheriff’s deputies filed these reports after their respective shifts.
MARCH 26
— A deputy was dispatched to investigate a complaint. Complainant stated he believes someone tried to break into his utility trailer he was pulling behind his truck. Complainant stated there was some damage to the door and needed a report for insurance purposes. Nothing further at this time.
— On the above date, I was dispatched to the location of the Martinsburg Marathon on a verbal altercation. Deputy Collins and I responded and found this to be an altercation over a missing juvenile.
— Deputies were dispatched to Martinsburg Road on an injury accident. Once on scene deputies conducted the crash investigation and the driver was transported to Knox Community Hospital for evaluation. Nothing further at this time.
— On Sunday, a deputy was dispatched to the Kenyon College Campus Safety Office to collect drug paraphernalia that was located on campus. The drug paraphernalia was seized by the deputy to be placed into evidence for destruction. A report was written for documentation.
