–Gregory Davis, Mount Vernon, aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony 

–Preston Coss, Fredericktown, failure to comply with order or signal of a police, third-degree felony; improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, fourth-degree felony; forfeiture specification as to count two, a felony 

–Joshua Bias, Centerburg, aggravated trafficking in drugs, second-degree felony; aggravated possession of drugs, second-degree felony 

–Julie Cox, Mount Vernon, theft, fourth-degree felony

–Christopher Creech, Mount Vernon, aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony 

–Emily Johnston, Centerburg, aggravated trafficking in drugs, second-degree felony; aggravated possession of drugs, second-degree felony 

–Travis Meadows, Fredericktown, failure to comply with order or signal of a police, fourth-degree felony; operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, fourth-degree felony 

–Kelli Mantell, Mount Vernon, two counts of endangering children, first-degree misdemeanors; illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, fourth-degree misdemeanor; possessing drug abuse instruments, second-degree misdemeanor; aggravated possession of drugs, second-degree felony 

–Ryan Dewyze, Mount Vernon, theft from a person in a protected class, fourth-degree felony; four counts of forgery, fifth-degree felonies 

–Ashley Doyle, Lexington, theft, fifth-degree felony
