Stephen D. Stumbo, age 50, of Mount Vernon passed away on Thursday, February 23, 2023, at the Knox Community Hospital.
Friends may call on Wednesday, March 1, 2023, from 5-7pm at the Snyder Funeral Home – Lasater Chapel. A service will take place at the funeral home on Thursday beginning at 11am. Burial will follow in New Castle Cemetery.
