MOUNT VERNON — Knox County Sheriff’s deputies filed these reports after their respective shifts.
FEB. 12
— A complainant advised his children’s vehicles had items stolen from them while parked in the driveway. A report was taken on the complainant’s behalf.
— Deputies were dispatched to a Mt. Vernon residence on a missing juvenile complaint. The juvenile returned home before deputies arrived. After speaking with parent the juvenile was taken to KCH for a mental health evaluation by the parent. A report was taken.
— Deputies responded to Jones Ave in Centerburg, in reference to a juvenile threatening suicide. Upon arrival Deputies conducted an investigation on the incident. The juveniles parents were made aware of the incident, and the juvenile was voluntarily transported to a hospital at a later time for a evaluation. A report was filed for documentation purposes.
FEB. 13
— Deputies responded to a crash on Granville Road at the Brandon Community Park. A citation was issued for failure to control and the vehicle was towed from the scene. No injuries were reported.
— A deputy working a special detail on Coshocton Rd., made observations of a male being intoxicated after parking his vehicle. The male individual failed field sobriety tests then was arrested for OVI.
